Comparison is one of the biggest thieves when it comes to living a joyful, happy life. When we compare ourselves to others, we create negative feelings about our own value and worth, which leads to low self-esteem and keeps us stuck.

5. Focus On What You Already Have

Start each day with a positive intention. Create a morning ritual of writing down at least one or two things that you’re thankful for in your life. It doesn’t need to be anything extraordinary. Sometimes it’s the simple things that make the biggest impact.
